Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Customer Administrative Specialist to support Civilian Markets at state and local levels. You will assist sales activity, maintain accurate customer and prospect records, and help with order processing and documentation.

You will make outbound sales contacts, pursue leads, support ordering, and keep open lines of communication with sales leadership. Strong product knowledge and organization are essential to help grow a portfolio of buying customers while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability in selling and account management with product knowledge.
• Ability to understand business drivers and apply to daily work.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales contacts, including cold calls, to build a portfolio of buyers.
• Accept orders, close sales, maintain customer records, and complete docs on time.
• Identify and qualify prospective customers and log activity in Salesforce.
• Represent a product line across territories as applicable.
• Inform customers of new products, pricing, and updates.
• Maintain communication with Sales Director and Team Lead for priorities.
• Maintain understanding of Accurint and discuss pricing plans.
