Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions seeks a Customer Administrative Specialist to support Civilian Markets at the state and local level. You will help drive sales activity, maintain customer records, assist with orders and documentation, and help the sales team engage potential and existing customers effectively.

You will make outbound contacts, pursue leads, support ordering, and maintain communication with sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficiency using Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Ability to present information clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to persuade clients in standard sales scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales contacts, including cold calls, to develop a portfolio of buying customers.
• Accept orders, close sales, maintain customer records, and complete required documentation on time.
• Identify and qualify prospective customers and log sales activity in Salesforce.
