Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is hiring a Customer Administrative Specialist to support Civilian Markets at state and local levels. The role focuses on outbound sales contacts, order processing, and maintaining customer records to enable effective sales execution.

You will identify prospects, qualify leads, and use Accurint pricing discussions to support customers, collaborating with Sales leadership and the team to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; basic selling and account management knowledge.
• Ability to understand business drivers and apply them to daily work.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and internal systems; clear communication and persuasion.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales contacts and pursue leads to build a portfolio of buying customers.
• Process orders, maintain customer records, and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Identify prospects and record sales activities in Salesforce.
• Represent assigned product lines and coordinate with sales teams as needed.
• Maintain communication with Sales leadership to support priorities.
