LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Customer Administrative Specialist to support Civilian Markets at state and local levels. You will handle outbound sales contacts, maintain customer records, process orders, and help drive sales activity by engaging prospective and existing customers with product knowledge and a professional approach.

You will use internal systems and Salesforce to track leads, qualify prospects, and coordinate with Sales leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Basic selling and account management knowledge.
• Ability to understand key business drivers and apply them to daily work.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales contacts, including cold calls, to develop a portfolio of buying customers.
• Accept orders, close sales, maintain customer records, and complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Identify and qualify prospective customers and record sales prospecting activity in Salesforce.
