Job summary

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Two paths: bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience or master's with 1+ year experience.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and other government regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage development of compliant and compelling proposals through cross-team collaboration.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals that comply with solicitation instructions.
• Develop training materials to improve corporate proposal operations.
• Lead and analyze RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and other bid documents for requirements.
• Develop proposal schedule, outline, compliance matrix, and development plan.
• Coordinate author assignments and integrate win themes and discriminators.
• Provide guidance to authors on proposal content.
• Quality assure final proposal deliverables and color reviews.
• Lead kickoff meetings and daily status calls aligned with the development plan.
• Coordinate production, binding, and packaging for final submission.
