Job summary

KBR's Global Asset Management (GAM) group seeks a Government Property Site Manager to oversee end-to-end property lifecycle, including acquisition, usage, and disposition of government and customer-owned property. You will lead a team, ensure regulatory compliance, and support audits under FAR 45/52.245-1, driving accuracy in property records and audit readiness across Oracle/eQuip/ERPs.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 8 years of directly related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate design, implement and maintain a compliant property management system meeting FAR requirements and internal policy.
• Lead administrative and operational aspects of government services projects following guidelines from Program Manager, customer, or contract stipulations.
• Lead and train staff on Government Property protocols to foster accountability.
• Establish internal control environment ensuring compliance with contract terms.
