Job summary

KBR through its GAM group seeks a Government Property Site Manager in Tempe, AZ to lead government material and asset property management from acquisition to disposition. The role oversees stockrooms, audits, and compliance with government property procedures, ensuring proper asset tracking and reporting.

The candidate will work with a diverse team across property professionals, coordinate audits, and ensure adherence to FAR requirements and contract standards, while maintaining robust reporting

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience; or high school diploma with 12 years of related experience.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP and Asset Management Systems; proficient with MS Excel reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead/oversee government material and asset property management from acquisition to disposition.
• Manage stockrooms, tool cribs, and property professionals across government/customer owned materials.
• Support and coordinate customer and DCMA audits for compliance with FAR and contract requirements.
• Maintain government property standards and monthly assessment reporting.
• Provide coaching and direction to staff and ensure resource availability for planned requirements.
