Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience in government contracting and life sciences.
• Direct experience managing federal grants, cooperative agreements, OTAs, or FAR-based contracts.
• Pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing/regulatory experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs from proposal to closeout.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and compliance reporting.
• Excellent relationship and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal owner and director for government contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements.
• Oversee performance, milestones, deliverables, and compliance across government awards.
• Serve as primary contact for federal program officers, contracting officers, and agency stakeholders.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new government funding opportunities.
• Lead or support proposal development, capture strategy, and pricing.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet program requirements.
• Ensure audit readiness and site visits compliance.
