Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large federal health IT programs.
• Provide technical and management leadership across major project tasks.
• Develop and execute federal business development strategies.
• Influence senior stakeholders and present complex concepts clearly.
• Mentor large cross-functional teams and manage risks proactively.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, and vendor coordination to deliver on scope.
