Siemens Healthineers seeks a seasoned Grants Manager for Research Collaborations & Government Funding to oversee government grants and sponsored projects across global teams. You will drive proposals, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with academics, healthcare providers, and government agencies through the grant lifecycle.

The role demands strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and experience with NIH/ARPA‑H/DoD or similar programs in a matrixed corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Public Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Research Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Siemens Healthineers administrator for government-funded grants, cooperative agreements, and contracts.
• Oversee grant administration activities from proposal development through award closeout.
• Monitor compliance with grant terms and funding agency requirements, and internal company policies.
• Coordinate interactions with government agencies, universities, research institutions, and funding organizations.
• Manage No Cost Extensions, carryover, rebudgeting, changes in scope, and other modifications per sponsor guidelines.
