Job summary

Sellers & Associates LLC, a Veteran Owned Small Business, seeks a Program Analyst to support project planning, operational coordination, and strategic initiatives across client programs. You will assist in developing strategies, ensuring deliverables meet contractual needs and organizational goals.

The role focuses on collaboration with government and commercial clients, data analysis, and engagement with senior leaders.

Qualifications

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Three years of editing experience with strong grammar, punctuation and spelling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years of experience; DHS/DoD contractor experience preferred.
Experience supporting DHS, DoD, or USCG clients is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Assist with developing strategies to support client projects, programs, and objectives.
Collaborate to compile, format, analyze, and present technical data, financial information for programs.
Engage in strategic thinking mapping and execution of plans.
Produce reports by researching, formatting, inputting, editing, and transmitting text and graphics.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Track and close projects and action items.
Prepare client reports and recommendations based on analyzed information.
Support senior leadership in engagement management.
Conduct value-based outcomes research.
Interface professionally with Coast Guard senior leaders (C-Suite equivalent).
Utilize digital tracking systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat DC, and SharePoint Online.
