Job summary

Lafayette Group is seeking an experienced Business Management Analyst to provide advanced consulting support for a federal program. The role emphasizes coordination with governance bodies and stakeholders across infrastructure security initiatives.

The candidate will engage with councils and advisory groups, translate stakeholder needs into actionable plans, and support lifecycle management across programs for federal clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2-5 years of experience in management consulting or other related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and support to a client program that plans, coordinates, manages, and sustains a range of activities associated with critical infrastructure engagement, national-level coordination, and advisory bodies.
• Interact with government councils, advisory bodies, committees, and other formal governance structures that support national-level critical infrastructure security and resilience.
• Support planning, management, operationalization, and sustainment of the full lifecycle of council and advisory activities, as well as the facilitation of cross-council coordination, strategic communication, and records and governance management essential to the mission.
