The State of New Hampshire seeks a Procurement Program Specialist to plan, develop, modify, implement and evaluate NH-APEX procurement assistance across the state from its Concord office. You will work with NH businesses and partners, guiding them through government contracting processes and certifications.

Responsibilities include outreach, training, and developing metrics while ensuring program compliance and meeting federal goals. This is a part-time, on-site role in Concord.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with relevant experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered.
  • Experience in government procurement or government contracting/selling.

Responsibilities

  • Promotes NH businesses to federal, state and local governments.
  • Reviews and implements procedures for counseling on government procurement.
  • Assesses clients' training needs and develops plans to meet objectives.
  • Develops statewide training programs for NH-APEX services.
  • Monitors client satisfaction and reports program metrics.
