Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in life sciences managed services or pharmaceutical industry experience in GP showing progression/promotion.
• Experience leading managers/analysts and client engagement managers.
• Strong data analysis and familiarity with GP programs and US healthcare contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and manage project budgets and timeframes.
• Support development of GP methodologies with clients and counsel.
• Coach and supervise managers and analysts, providing feedback on performance.
• Manage team capacity and identify resource risks for engagements.
• Stay up to date on legislation related to government pricing and industry trends.
