• Bachelor's Degree required with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years negotiating at executive-to-executive level with cross-functional partners.
• 5+ years supporting Federal acquisition approaches and diverse contract types.
• Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Lifecycle, FAR/DFARS.
• 3+ years of direct supervisory/people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct a contracts team across Federal contracting lifecycle from pre-award strategy to post-award closeout.
• Provide strategic advisory support to account leadership and shape win strategies for Federal engagements.
• Lead complex negotiations and ensure compliant, timely contract delivery.
• Mentor and develop staff, align goals with GPS and account objectives.
• Coordinate proposals, awards, and cross-functional efforts acrossproposal teams.
