Qualifications

• 5+ years of patch management and security update operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required; security clearance.
• Certifications include Endpoint Administrator and ITIL foundation advocated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review patch management processes.
• Deploy and manage CA patch/security updates globally.
• Test deployments and maintain the customer FTP site.
• Monitor, report, and remediate deployment failures within 24 hours.
• Report patch compliance weekly and ensure anti-virus tool compliance.
