The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT, a related bachelor's degree, and credentials such as Microsoft Endpoint Administrator and a secret security clearance. Travel up to 10% and SOP development experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Microsoft Endpoint Administrator certification.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the patch management process and perform periodic reviews.
• Deploy and manage all CA patch/security update operations.
• Test patch and security updates and maintain the customer FTP site.
• Monitor deployments and remediate failures within 24 hours.
• Report patch and security update compliance for all systems weekly.
• Ensure antivirus tools comply across devices and handle non-compliance incidents.
• Update SOPs for patch and security administration aligned ITIL framework.
