Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience and related field experience.
• Bachelor's in IT or related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
• Secret Security Clearance.
• CompTIA Sec+, ITIL 4 Foundation certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and periodic review of the patch management process.
• Deploy and manage CA patch/security update operations.
• Perform patch deployment testing and maintain the FTP site.
• Monitor, report, and remediate deployment failures within 24 hours.
• Monitor and report patch/compliance for all customer systems weekly.
• Ensure antivirus tools comply for all devices; monitor and troubleshoot non-compliance.
• Comply with DoS rules and DoS standards for patch operations.
• Develop and maintain Patch & Security SOPs aligned with ITIL and DoS standards.
• Update SOPs to reflect modernization and emerging technologies.
