Responsibilities

• Manage installation, maintenance, and monitoring of hardware and applications.
• Enforce security controls and perform patch management and database administration tasks.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability, and data backups; coordinate upgrades and retirements.
• Log, manage, and resolve incidents in the ticket system; track configuration changes.
• Maintain system performance monitoring and up-to-date topology diagrams and documentation.
• Provide regular status updates and coordinate internal IT projects and risk notifications.
