Florida Department of Health in Tallahassee is seeking a Government Operations Consultant I to evaluate licensees and ensure regulatory requirements are met for licensure as a treatment center. You will review variance and inspection requests for compliance, track documentation, and organize files while supporting management with guideline development.

Required two years of regulatory experience, valid driver’s license, and willingness to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in reviewing documents for compliance, applying laws, rules or policies.
• Must have a valid Driver's License, background investigation, fingerprinting and direct deposit requirements.
• Professional experience may substitute for the preferred college education.

Responsabilités

• Perform all initial reviews of variance and inspection requests from treatment centers to ensure documentation compliance.
• Review data in the electronic tracking system for accuracy.
• Identify missing or incorrect documentation and report to management.
• Track all variance and inspection requests in the system, including response dates.
• Organize all requests in the file folder system.
• Complete assignments in support of management and staff.
• Assist with developing guidelines and tools for the licensure review process.
• Other duties as assigned.
