Formación

• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and office software tools.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills in a regulatory context.
• Knowledge of laws, rules, regulations and government procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally; maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel and work with multiple agencies and boards.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and process medical and civil complaints to ensure QA conformity.
• Consult with federal, state, and local agencies on related matters.
• Interpret statutes and regulations in data analysis of patient care issues.
• Review documents, contact parties, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct investigations; issue subpoenas, cease and desist notices as needed.
• Prepare investigative reports and present evidence for legal review.
