Miami Technical Services is hiring an IT Help Desk Technician to handle end user IT issues and maintain health of IT assets at Schriever SFB, CO. The role requires patient, service-oriented problem solving with experience across Windows PCs, printers, and software troubleshooting in a high-security environment.

The technician will field tickets, provide first-line support, create and manage user accounts on classified networks, and coordinate with base agencies to resolve outages and maintain

Qualifications

• 6 years of IT technical support experience.
• High School Diploma and IAT Level 2 Certification.
• Active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Field end user IT trouble tickets involving software and hardware issues.
• Provide first-line support to resolve hardware and software IT-related issues.
• Install, troubleshoot, and configure Windows PCs and software.
• Set up new users and manage accounts on classified networks.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to isolate faults and restore service.
• Manage network and device uptime for government systems at various classification levels.
