Qualifications

5+ years post-qualification experience with at least 4 years in similar post/comparable capacity.
Must have 5+ years' experience in JBoss Application Server and Linux System Administration.
At least 5 years' experience in Oracle Real Application Cluster and Oracle Database tuning.

Responsibilities

Provide system and database support for existing computer systems, including incident response and troubleshooting.
Prepare statistics, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate equipment/service procurement and inventory control.
Assist in system design and in maintenance/upgrades of hardware and software assets.
Record incidents, problems, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Ensure compliance with government standards and security policies.
