InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a contract IT professional to support computer systems for the Customs & Excise Department (C&ED). The role is full-time for an ongoing project, with duties covering system and database support, incident management, and documentation.

Occasional on-call and travel to remote offices may be required. The candidate should have 3+ years post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in a similar post, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' post-qualification experience, with 2+ years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Oracle databases, JBoss, Apache Web Server and VMware ESXi.

Responsabilidades

• Provide system and database support for existing computer systems, including troubleshooting and incident recovery.
• Prepare statistics and returns; provide administrative support and procurement coordination.
• Record incidents, problems and resolutions in ticketing system and maintain system documentation.
• Assist in maintenance, upgrades of hardware and software assets.
