BlueGrace Logistics LLC is seeking a Government Services Account Coordinator to manage government freight across a four-day extended shift (Thursday–Sunday) in a HYBRID role in Arizona. The role focuses on open USPS loads, bounce recoveries, and maintaining uninterrupted service for mission-critical shipments.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight operations, or supply chain preferred; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience managing freight exceptions, load coverage, or carrier recovery in time-sensitive environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with TMS platforms, carrier portals, or visibility tools (FourKites, project44) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own load coverage for Thursday–Sunday shift, covering USPS loads and bounce recoveries.
• Build and maintain a carrier network for government and strategic accounts.
• Own award go-lives end-to-end and ensure lanes are operational from day one.
• Monitor tracking and exception management using FourKites and project44.
• Generate and distribute reports and ensure compliance across government accounts.
