BlueGrace Logistics is seeking a Government Services Account Coordinator to own the day-to-day operations for federal, state, and municipal freight on a Thursday–Sunday extended shift. You will cover USPS loads, manage bounce recoveries, and coordinate with carriers to keep time‑sensitive shipments on track through the weekend.

This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to act decisively under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in logistics, freight ops, or supply chain; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Experience handling freight exceptions, load coverage, or carrier recovery.
• Familiarity with TMS platforms or visibility tools (FourKites, Project44).
• Clear verbal and written communication under pressure.
• High data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work Thursday–Sunday on-site.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; related degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load Coverage — manage open USPS loads and bounce recoveries.
• Identify uncovered or at-risk loads and secure capacity.
• Coordinate with carrier network and internal teams to execute recoveries.
• Document activities in the TMS for reporting and compliance.
• Escalate major issues to Government Services leadership with context.
