Job summary

BlueGrace Logistics LLC is seeking a Government Services Account Coordinator for a Thursday–Sunday HYBRID shift from 9 am to 6 pm AZ time. You will own day-to-day operational execution for federal, state, and municipal freight accounts, including weekend coverage for USPS loads and bounce recoveries to maintain service on mission-critical shipments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight operations, or supply chain preferred.
• Experience managing freight exceptions, load coverage, or carrier recovery in time-sensitive environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with TMS platforms, carrier portals, or visibility tools (FourKites, Project44) is advantageous.
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication; able to represent the account under pressure.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to government reporting details.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Load Coverage — USPS Open Loads & Bounce Recoveries during Thursday–Sunday shift.
• Identify uncovered or at-risk loads and secure capacity with carrier outreach.
• Manage bounce recovery operations to prevent service failures.
• Coordinate with the carrier network, dispatch, and internal teams for timely recoveries.
• Document all activity in the TMS for reporting and root cause analysis.
• Escalate complex load coverage issues to Government Services leadership with context.
