Job summary

BlueGrace Logistics LLC is seeking a Government Services Account Coordinator to manage federal, state, and municipal freight accounts on a Thursday–Sunday schedule. The role focuses on ensuring timely coverage of USPS loads, fast bounce recoveries, and accurate documentation in the TMS.

You will build a trusted carrier network for government accounts, monitor KPIs, and coordinate end-to-end award go-lives while maintaining strict compliance and high service levels.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight operations, or supply chain preferred; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience managing freight exceptions, load coverage, or carrier recovery in time-sensitive environments is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with TMS platforms, carrier portals, or visibility tools (FourKites, project44) is a plus.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills; ability to act as the voice of the account under pressure.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail; precision matters in government reporting and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Dependable and self-directed; extended weekend hours require accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational execution for federal, state, and municipal freight accounts on a Thursday–Sunday schedule.
• Cover USPS loads and perform bounce recoveries to ensure uninterrupted government shipments.
• Build and maintain a network of vetted government-focused carriers; monitor KPIs and compliance.
• Coordinate end-to-end award go-lives and ensure lanes are operational from day one.
• Track shipment visibility using FourKites and project44; manage exceptions and escalations as needed.
• Document activities in the TMS with accuracy for reporting and root-cause analysis.
• Produce reports and summaries for management and customer accounts.
