The Government Services Capacity Rep at BlueGrace Logistics is responsible for end-to-end truckload procurement for government freight, including USPS. You will ensure every open load is covered, recover freight when a carrier fails, and build dedicated capacity for contract lanes while monitoring in-transit updates.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of truckload brokerage or freight procurement experience.
• Familiarity with TMS platforms, load boards, carrier portals, or visibility tools is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy in government reporting.

Responsabilités

• Cover government loads by sourcing, booking, and confirming capacity with vetted carriers.
• Execute bounce recoveries when a carrier fails on service to protect on-time delivery.
• Develop dedicated capacity for contract lanes by recruiting and onboarding carriers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align capacity with award commitments and lane requirements.
• Learn and apply government compliance standards to daily carrier decisions.
