Natives of Kodiak Incorporated in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Project Controls Analyst II to support government awards and subcontractor performance. You will manage billings, prepare schedules, and input data in JAMIS ERP, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR/SAM regulations.

Responsibilities include tracking budgets, processing invoices, collecting payroll data, and coordinating with project teams to maintain schedules and costs for project success.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience with billing and invoicing.
• Two to three years’ experience with contract administration within the construction industry.
• Previous experience with government contracts, payment systems, and certified payroll is required.
• Understanding FARs, DFARs, and SAM.gov regulations is required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including scheduling software and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate records of expenditures and timelines; monitor regulatory compliance.
• Assist leadership with creating AOPs and tracking budgets.
• Track subcontractor contracts and change orders in JAMIS ERP.
• Ensure all contracts and change orders are executed by PM or GM.
• Collect and input for each subcontract award: insurance, bonding, certified payroll, etc.
• Review billings for accuracy and ensure signatures are present.
• Enter billings into JAMIS ERP and Billing Platform.
• Log billings and track outstanding invoices.
• Process new vendor applications for JAMIS ERP setup.
• Create project budgets and schedules; monitor variances.
• Monitor LOS% margins and provide accurate reporting.
