Job summary

Concurrent Real-Time (CCRT), an HBK Company, is seeking an Order Management & Compliance Specialist in the US to own the full order lifecycle from PO to ship and invoicing. You will review government contracts for standard terms and DFARS/FAR clauses, coordinate CMMC cybersecurity, and ensure SAM.gov compliance.

You will work with Sales Operations and Manufacturing, managing supplier portals and documenting compliance in ERP, while maintaining export-control and country-of-origin records for

Qualifications

• 2+ years in order management or contracts administration, or government contracts.
• Experience with SAM.gov, DFARS/FAR, or CMMC is a strong plus.
• Attention to detail with compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own SAM.gov registration and renewals in-house.
• Process customer purchase orders and enter sales orders into ERP.
• Perform first-pass review of government contracts for terms and DFARS/FAR clauses.
• Coordinate CMMC Level 2 cybersecurity program requirements and attestations.
• Structure system cost and BOM in ERP after order entry and coordinate with Manufacturing.
• Manage supplier portals, requisitions for non-stock parts, and lead times.
• Track orders from PO to build, flag supply constraints or lead-time risk.
• Coordinate shipping documentation and delivery confirmation.
• Prepare EUA amendments and contractual exceptions; document TAA compliance.
• Track DPAS flow-down obligations and country-of-origin verification.

Job description

**The Position**We are currently looking for an Order Management & Compliance Specialist to join our Sales Operations team at Concurrent Real-Time (CCRT), an HBK Company. This role owns the full order lifecycle — from the moment a customer PO lands to the day the system ships and is invoiced — as well as first-pass review of the government contract and compliance requirements that come with nearly every CCRT sale. Once a PO is received, this team takes full ownership: contract review, price justification, supplier coordination, shipment, and customer communication all run through this seat. You'll join a growing team supporting Sales Operations, working closely with our other order management team members.Given CCRT's concentration in defense and aerospace customers, this role also carries real responsibility for keeping CCRT eligible to do business with the U.S. government — including owning our SAM.gov registration and coordinating our CMMC cybersecurity compliance program.**Must be a US citizen. Unable to hire dual citizens, green card holders, or visa holders for this position.** **Primary responsibilities**Your work includes:* Own SAM.gov registration and renewals in-house* Process customer purchase orders: validate against the original quote and enter sales orders into our ERP* Perform first-pass review of incoming government contracts, confirming standard vs. prime terms and applying routine DFARS/FAR clauses, escalating unresolved questions to legal* Coordinate CMMC Level 2 cybersecurity program requirements, including questionnaires and attestations* Structure system cost and bill of materials (BOM) in the ERP following order entry, coordinating with Manufacturing* Manage supplier-facing portals and procurement requests, including requisitions for non-stock parts and vendor communication on lead times and pricing* Track orders from PO through build, flagging supply constraints or lead-time risk* Coordinate shipping logistics, documentation, and delivery confirmation* Complete Reps & Certs and supplier onboarding documentation for government customers* Maintain the sale documentation repository — POs, invoices, quotes, terms, RFQs, and export-control documents* Provide order status updates to Sales and customers, and process order amendments* Prepare sole-source and price justification documentation, including OEM justification, country-of-origin verification, and redacted invoices when requested* Process End-User Agreement (EUA) amendments and contractual exceptions* Track DPAS-rated orders and their flow-down obligations* Confirm and document TAA-compliant, country-of-origin sourcing on relevant orders **Professional qualifications**You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Paralegal, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience.2+ years of experience in order management, contracts administration, government contracts, or supply chain/procurement — ideally within a defense or aerospace manufacturing environment. Experience with SAM.gov, DFARS/FAR, or CMMC requirements is a strong plus, though not required if you're a fast learner comfortable with regulatory detail. **Personal skills*** High attention to detail — this role manages compliance obligations with real legal and contractual consequences* Administrative diligence for recurring compliance deadlines (SAM.gov is a straightforward annual renewal — the skill is consistency, not deep legal expertise)* Contract-review framework skills — comfortable mapping customer-specific terms to FAR/DFARS codes and cybersecurity attestations, and building a repeatable review process* Working understanding of CMMC levels and NIST attestation requirements, and comfort tracking recurring compliance dates* Growing familiarity with CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information) handling requirements is a plus* Ability to assemble commercial-item and price-justification documentation on request* Familiarity with customer Reps & Certs / attestation forms, most of which are highly repeatable across customers* Strong cross-functional coordination with Sales, Manufacturing, suppliers, and customers* Process-oriented, comfortable owning an order end-to-end once a PO is received **Compensation:**The pay range for this position is $50K to $70K annually plus 10% bonus. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.**Sponsorship**Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and will not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa.
