A leading satellite communications company seeks a Government Contracts Manager to support legal and program administration for government contracts. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have a background in civil space and government contracting, along with excellent communication skills. Compensation includes equity and benefits, with a base salary range of $115,000 — $160,000. U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of civil space organizations and programs.
• Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and USG contract structures.
• Working knowledge of government regulatory structures for commercial space industry.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance activities and manage document production.
• Administer USG contracts and ensure compliance with FAR clauses.
• Engage with USG and national government agencies.
• Execute policy and regulatory strategies.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills
