Responsibilities

• Manage contracts administration for all phases of contract lifecycle from pre-proposal to closeout.
• Perform accounting duties including GL posting, A/R, A/P, payroll, and financial statements.
• Prepare cost proposals and ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.
• Review billing and track reporting deadlines; support tax and audit preparations.
• Develop and maintain budgets, and analyze contract profitability and risk.
• Supervise accounting personnel and maintain government/customer property logs.
