Responsibilities

• Post financial data to appropriate accounts.
• Pre-audit, verify and process employee expense claims.
• Assist with paying bills and accounting for customer property.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly.
• Create and reconcile cost accounting spreadsheets.
• Support monthly payroll processing.
• Prepare routine letters and reports per guidelines.
• Maintain daily activity notebook and provide weekly work reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
