Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management/administration or equivalent.
• Minimum of four years of relevant business experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOE security clearance.
• Procurement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare input and analyses for budgets, proposals, and post-award assessments.
• Develop price, cost, or hybrid estimates to support acquisitions.
• Create acquisition strategies and submit for government approval as required.
• Prepare RFPs for sole source or competitive solicitations and analyze supplier bids.
• Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Perform post-placement contract administration and supplier communications.
• Input and reconcile data across budgeting, procurement, estimating, and logistics systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, management, and operations to execute contract requirements.
• Travel up to 10% to maintain supplier relationships and delivery performance.
