Bechtel is seeking a qualified Contracts Manager to lead formation, tendering, award and administration of moderately complex contract packages for a major power project in Indiana. You will oversee bidder prequalification, bid solicitation, evaluation, and contract award, with readiness to mobilize to the project site as needed.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience. Strong expertise in pricing, contract law, drafting, administration and negotiations is essential,

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.

Responsabilités

• Forms Request for Tender (RFT) packages and issues bid requests to approved bidders.
• Conducts commercial bid evaluations and prepares bid summaries and recommendations.
• Prepares contract documents and maintains status reporting.
• Negotiates changes and administers assigned contracts through milestones, progress, and risk management.
• Ensures understanding of contract terms and coordinates with stakeholders on major matters.
