Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
• Advanced experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems.
• Experience with government contractors and FAR is strongly preferred.
• Experience using Deltek CostPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices for federal, state, and commercial customers for CPFF, FFP, and T&M.
• Ensure revenue recognition complies with GAAP.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and GAAP.
• Analyze performance measures to monitor company performance.
• Coordinate monthly with management to verify profit margins for inventory job cost and revenue.
• Prepare and enter journal entries for approval.
