Job summary

Qualifications

• GAAP and FAR/DFARS knowledge required.
• Experience with government contracting accounting, cost accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operations including GL, AP, AR and cost accounting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate the month-end close and journal entries for accuracy and compliance.
• Support budgets, indirect rate projections and annual audits.
• Assist in audits and respond to auditor inquiries as needed.
• Participate in quarterly forecasting and financial reporting updates.
