Job summary

The role involves 3-way matching, cost coding, and collaboration with Supply Chain, Receiving, and Program teams to resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and AS9100 standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and controls.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Deltek Costpoint.
• Knowledge of 3-way matching (PO, Receipt, Invoice).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices in Costpoint with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform 3-way match (PO, Receiving, Invoice) prior to payment.
• Ensure invoices are coded to Project/Program, Organization/Department and GL accounts.
• Reconcile AP subledger to General Ledger and support month-end close.
