Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with a minimum of 3 years of applicable experience.
• Experience working with government contractors and FAR strongly preferred.
• Advanced experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related ERP systems.
• Experience using Deltek CostPoint for cost accounting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices for federal, state, and commercial customers for CPFF, FFP, and T&M contracts.
• Ensure revenue recognition is GAAP-compliant and audit-ready.
• Maintain monthly job costing schedules to match revenue and costs on monthly financials for various contracts.
• Prepare journal entries and support audits with documentation and reconciliations.
• Assist in the development and improvement of procedures to maximize efficiency.
