Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Forensic and Integrity Services - Government Contract Services (GCS) to lead client engagements across the government contracting lifecycle. You will manage workstreams, supervise teams, and deliver practical recommendations on complex financial and regulatory topics.

You’ll apply FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200 knowledge to help clients with audits, pricing, cost accounting, and compliance while growing relationships and contributing to proposal activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• Possess at least one professional designation, such as CPA, CFE, CFA.
• In depth knowledge of FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200 and related federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client engagements across the government contracting lifecycle.
• Manage workstreams and supervise teams of 2 to 10 resources.
• Analyze complex financial and operational data and develop practical recommendations.
• Assist clients with government audits, compliance, and remediation.
• Develop compliant cost accounting structures and pricing processes.
• Contribute to proposals and practice development.
