Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years' experience in public accounting with 2+ years in a senior manager role in public sector (state/local governments).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA license highly preferred.
• Travel to client and firm office locations as needed.
• Experience with GAGAS, GAAS and Uniform Guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple auditing and accounting projects and client engagements concurrently.
• Manage staffing, engagement workflow, and client relationships with partner liaison.
• Lead staff training, performance reviews, and recruitment as needed.
• Develop business through networking and new client opportunities.
