Qualifikationen

• Approximately 10 years' public accounting experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a senior manager position with public sector focus.
• CPA license required.

Aufgaben

• Maintain contact with clients throughout the year and build strong client relationships.
• Serve as engagement partner or report to the engagement partner on engagements.
• Sign attest opinions as appropriate and oversee all phases of reporting to the engagement partner.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and engagement workflow; ensure timely client deliverables.
• Lead staff development, provide on-the-job training, and participate in performance evaluations.
• Engage in business development and lead prospective client meetings and fee estimates.
