Qualifikationen

• Approximately 10 years' experience in public accounting.
• Minimum 2 years in a senior manager position.
• Significant experience in the public sector, including auditing state and local governments.

Aufgaben

• Maintain contact with clients throughout the year and understand their operations and control systems.
• Lead engagements as a partner or report to the engagement partner; sign attest opinions.
• Oversee all phases of engagements and ensure deliverables comply with GAAP and firm policy.
• Mentor staff, review work papers and reports, and participate in staff performance evaluations.
• Lead business development efforts and manage client relationships to generate new fees.
