Job summary

Wold Architects and Engineers in Denver seeks an experienced architect focused on Government projects to join our full-time team. You will expand our Government Architecture vertical through relationship building, thought leadership, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

As a senior leader, you will manage client relationships from initial inquiry through project execution, lead interviews for proposals, and work with Marketing on conferences and events to grow our regional presence.

Qualifications

• Professional licensure in Architecture with Government Architecture experience.
• Experience in client relationship management and/or business development with government clients.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial self-starter with the ability to navigate complex beauracracies and influence decision makers.
• Willingness to travel and strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strategic government client network and lead business development.
• Grow the Government Architecture practice in Denver through relationships and thought leadership.
• Lead client engagements from problem identification to solution delivery and ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Marketing for conferences, client events, and project interviews.
• Act as champion during the RFP process with internal teams.
