• 10 years of progressive experience in architecture with government project delivery and client management.
• Ability to navigate complex bureaucracies and influence decision makers.
• Excellent oral and written communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationship network to grow government projects.
• Lead business development activities to increase revenue and client satisfaction.
• Oversee client relationships from problem identification to long-term engagement after sale.
• Champion RFP processes and coordinate responses with internal resources.
