Job summary

Perkins&Will’s Denver Studio is growing; we seek a Senior Project Architect to lead design across all phases and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams. You will respond to technical implications, manage project documentation, and uphold firm standards while mentoring staff and supporting marketing efforts.

Ideal candidates hold an architecture degree, licensure, LEED GA and strong knowledge of codes, zoning, and construction administration. Hybrid work is supported in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline.
• Architectural license or actively pursuing licensure.
• LEED GA within 6 months of hire.
• Experience leading design teams and coordinating with consultants.
• Strong understanding of building codes, accessibility and zoning.

Responsibilities

• Lead all design phases with proficiency, meeting firm standards.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external consultants.
• Direct project documentation and production of drawings/specifications.
• Oversee QA reviews for quality, accuracy and constructability.
• Mentor staff and oversee assignments.
• Support project marketing, proposals, and interviews.
