The role centers on expanding the Government Architecture vertical in the Denver area through relationship building and thought leadership at a Practice Leader level.

• 10 years of relevant experience in architecture, including government sector relationships and business development.
• Proficiency in government architecture design and client experience leadership.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages a strategic relationship network to promote government architecture projects in Denver.
• Grows practice by creating new relationships that drive revenue and client satisfaction.
• Manages client relationships from identifying challenges to delivering solutions and long-term follow-up.
• Leads RFP responses with internal teams and coordinates interviews as needed.
• Coordinates with Marketing for conferences, client events, and project interviews.
