Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage government accounts and routine client interactions. The role involves a rotating schedule between 7am and 6pm and requires ongoing collaboration with relationship managers and program administrators.

You will resolve operational issues, promote electronic solutions, and support delinquency management while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service and relationship management experience.
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems to pull reports and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with assigned business accounts as the main day-to-day contact.
• Researches and resolves operational problems using a consultative approach.
• Supports delinquency management and program implementations; promotes electronic solutions.
• Identifies issues, reports them, and maintains accurate portfolio records.
• Ensures high service levels by following up on inquiries, providing training, and updates.
• Coordinates with internal teams to ensure strong service delivery.
• Handles customer contact primarily via telephone or email.
