Custom Truck One Source is seeking an Account Manager to manage city and municipal government accounts from a remote-based position in Charlotte, NC. You will guide procurement-aligned strategies, foster long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth through solutions tailored for public sector clients.

The role emphasizes navigating procurement processes, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining CRM accuracy and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Experience in government technology, infrastructure, or services.
• Ability to navigate long, complex procurement cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication for proposals and board presentations.
• Proven track record of growing accounts in regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary relationship owner for city and municipal accounts.
• Develop account plans identifying growth, renewals and cross-sell opportunities.
• Navigate RFPs, RFIs, bids, and cooperative purchasing agreements.
• Conduct regular reviews to understand client challenges and deliver value.
• Coordinate with sales, solutions, implementation, and support teams for onboarding and value realization.
• Maintain forecasts, pipeline, and activity records in CRM.
